That the photograph attached hereunto is a true and correct likeness of YEE JOCK LEONG a Native Born Citizen of the United States, he having been born in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California at 741 Sacramento Street bout January, 15th, 1884;
That your affiant has visited China some years ago and there visited the said YEE JOCK LEONG who is the son of your affiant.
That your affiant causes this affidavit to be prepared in order to facilitate the travels, identification and landing of the said son at the Port of San Francisco.
