In re Yee Jock Leong, native, No. 152 ex S. S. KOREA, April 29, 1908, I respectfully report as follows:
The preliminary statement of this applicant was taken on board ship. Prior landing was filed in the applicant's behalf this morning, showing him to have been landed at this port as a native, August 22, 1903, ex S. S. AMERICA [sic] MARU, August 17, 1903, the photograph on which prior landing papers is a photograph of the applicant.
I therefore recommend that the applicant be granted admission.
