Referring to your file NO. 12017/3266, case of Yee Jock Leong, native, of Irwin, Penna., who departed from China through your port about four months ago, I inclose herewith for your information and file copy of a letter received from this Chinaman by the Pittsburgh office yesterday, which would seem to indicate that he intends bringing his wife and minor son to the United States with him on his return.
