Item I will and bequeathe unto my son Jonathan Huestis the remainder of my meadow at the head of the neck with all upland thereto adjoyning or lying adjacent thereto together with my six acres of land not Disposed of in the last Division to him his heirs and Assignes for Ever together with a Twenty five pound Priviled of commonage to him his heirs and assignes for Ever he paying unto my Daughter Sarah Betts five pounds within two years of my Decease.
