Item I will and bequeath unto my son Samuell Huestis part of my meadow att the head of the neck beginning at ye head of the Cove Down to the Little Creek to him his heirs and assigns for Ever. item I will and bequeath unto my son John Huestis all my meadow lying att the Ditches between Edward Collier and Daniell Turnes meadow together with my forty acres of Land in the Long Reach to him and his heirs and assigns for Ever he paying unto my daughter Sarah Betts the sume of five pounds within two years after my Decease. Item I will and bequeathe unto my son Jonathan Huestis the remainder of my meadow at the head of the neck with all upland thereto adjoyning or lying adjacent thereto together with my six acres of land not Disposed of in the last Division to him his heirs and Assignes for Ever together with a Twenty five pound Priviled of commonage to him his heirs and assignes for Ever he paying unto my Daughter Sarah Betts five pounds within two years of my Decease. Item I will unto my son David Huestis one shilling. Item I will unto my daughter Mary Collier one shilling. Item I will also to my son Robert Huestis one twenty five pound privilege of commonage and of this my last will and testamt will bequests Legacys and Executors by me in any wise before this time named willed and bequeath ratyfying and confirming this and no other to be my last will testamt. This is my free will & mind in the disposall o[f] goodes & wtsoever debts is due or shall hearafter be f[ ] be due unto me, is to be demanded & received by my dau[ghter] Ann aforesaid & thearout to pay my debt or debts law[ ] from me to be due, and to discharg my debts & fune[ral] expenses therwith, if ther be overplus, then the sam to [ ] amongst my three childred, according to ther p.portio[N] specified, but if it discharg not my debts & funerall [expenses] then each of ym according to the p.portio[N] of my gift [ ] is to pay & discharg the same.
